| From the Exeter direction, turn
off the A30 trunk road at 'Pattesons Cross' exit and follow the
signs for Fairmile on the old A30. At Fairmile turn left onto
the B3176 to Coombelake. Pitt Farm is on the left 1 mile from
the turning. From the London direction exit the A30 trunk road
at the 'Iron Bridge' exit signed for 'Ottery St Mary'. Follow
the signs for Fairmile on the old A30 and turn left onto the
B3176 Signposted 'Coombelake'. Pitt Farm is on the left, 1 mile
